I have written three secular books on mental health. The Recovery Tool Kit, How to Train an Elephant, and Finding Recovery on the Road Less Traveled can be found on the website http://mapprecoverytherapy.blogspot.com.
Welcome
My name is Russ Seigenberg - I am a Ph.D. psychologist with 30 years of counseling experience. I am also a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. This blog is for members of the LDS faith who are interested in learning how to use gospel principles to strengthen themselves emotionally. I created these blogs to share my books. Electronic versions of these books are available free of charge by clicking on the appropriate links.
The blog site, http://addictionrecoverylds.blogspot.com, has links to books that focus on recovery from addictions. "The Next 12 Steps" deals with sexual addictions, while "Perfect Liberty II" deals with all types of addictions.
"The Gospel Tool Kit" book focuses on emotional well-being and is available on the blog site, http://ldsmentalhealth.blogspot.com
